Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing Vecxo, or using any Vecxo product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of the information you provide, and activity that happens through your login. Keep your account access secure and contact support if you believe your account was used without permission.

Vecxo Hire helps users create and improve resumes, cover letters, ATS-style suggestions, and downloadable PDF or DOCX files. Vecxo Interview provides AI/self-serve mock interview practice, scoring, feedback, drills, and preparation sessions.

Vecxo may reference future or inactive products such as Vecxo Engage, Vecxo Website, Vecxo Studio, or Vecxo Launch. These products are not active paid products unless separately launched by Vecxo.

You agree not to misuse Vecxo or use it for dishonest, harmful, illegal, or abusive activity.

• Do not submit false credentials, fake identities, or misleading job application information.
• Do not upload malware, harmful files, or content that disrupts Vecxo systems.
• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, bypass security, bypass credits, or bypass payment controls.
• Do not use Vecxo to harass, discriminate, impersonate others, or commit fraud.

Vecxo uses AI to generate or improve resumes, cover letters, ATS suggestions, interview questions, interview scores, feedback, and preparation guidance. AI outputs may contain mistakes, incomplete information, or wording that does not fit your exact situation.

You must review, edit, and verify generated content before using it with employers, recruiters, schools, platforms, or third parties.

Credits, plans, or paid access may unlock product actions such as resume generation, cover letter generation, ATS suggestions, downloads, interview practice, scoring, feedback, drills, or preparation sessions. Credits and access may be separated by product.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers. Vecxo may restrict access for failed payments, chargebacks, abuse, or attempts to bypass payment rules.

Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy. Digital credits and completed AI or download actions are generally limited in refund eligibility.

Vecxo does not guarantee interviews, job offers, hiring outcomes, employer decisions, salary increases, or application success. Users are responsible for how they use resumes, cover letters, interview answers, and other outputs.

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Vecxo is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-opportunity damages related to use of the service, AI outputs, employer decisions, payment provider issues, or third-party platforms.

Vecxo may update features, pricing, credit rules, product access, and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Vecxo after changes means you accept the updated terms.
