This Privacy Policy explains how Vecxo collects, uses, stores, and protects information for Vecxo Hire, Vecxo Interview, account access, support, credits, and payments.
1. Information Users Provide
We may collect information you provide directly, including your email address, account details, support messages, resume content, cover letter content, interview practice content, uploaded files, and product preferences.
2. Resume, Cover Letter, Interview, and Account Data
- Vecxo Hire data may include resumes, parsed resume text, work history, education, skills, certifications, target roles, cover letters, ATS suggestions, and export settings.
- Vecxo Interview data may include practice roles, questions, answers, scores, feedback, drills, preparation sessions, and progress signals.
- Account data may include login email, terms acceptance, credits, product access, payment status, and support history.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to provide Vecxo products, generate AI outputs, manage credits and access, process support requests, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and maintain security.
4. Payment Processor Data
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Vecxo may receive payment status, customer email, plan, credit quantity, transaction status, or receipt-related records. Vecxo does not store full card numbers on its own servers.
5. Analytics and Cookies
Vecxo may use cookies, local storage, logs, or analytics tools to keep users signed in, remember preferences, understand product usage, detect errors, prevent abuse, and improve the service.
6. AI Processing
Resume, cover letter, interview, and related user-provided content may be processed by AI providers to generate or improve requested outputs. Do not submit sensitive information that is not needed for your resume, application, interview practice, or support request.
7. Data Sharing
We may share data with infrastructure, authentication, payment, analytics, AI, hosting, and support providers as needed to operate Vecxo. We do not sell user data.
8. Data Retention
We retain information as long as needed to provide the service, support users, comply with legal obligations, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and maintain business records. Users may request deletion, subject to operational and legal limits.
