Refund Policy

This policy explains how Vecxo handles refund requests for digital credits, paid access, and product actions across Vecxo Hire and Vecxo Interview.

1. Digital Product Nature

Vecxo provides digital SaaS products and AI-generated outputs. Because access, credits, downloads, interview sessions, scoring, and feedback can be delivered immediately, refunds are limited.

2. Credits and Product Access

Credits may be used for product actions such as resume generation, cover letter generation, ATS suggestions, PDF/DOCX export, mock interview sessions, scoring, feedback, drills, or preparation sessions. Used credits are generally non-refundable.

3. When Refunds May Be Considered

  • A duplicate charge occurred.
  • A payment completed but the purchased credits or access were not delivered.
  • Unused credits were purchased by mistake and the request is made within a reasonable review period.
  • A technical issue prevented access and Vecxo could not reasonably resolve it.

4. When Refunds Are Not Available

  • Credits, downloads, sessions, or premium actions were already used.
  • The request is based only on not receiving an interview, job offer, hiring result, or employer response.
  • The account violated Vecxo terms, acceptable use rules, payment rules, or security controls.
  • The user changed their mind after receiving the digital output or access.

5. Failed Payments and Duplicate Charges

If a payment failed, was duplicated, or completed without delivering credits, contact billing@vecxo.cc with your account email, order number, payment reference, payment date, amount, and reason for the request. Vecxo will review the issue with available payment provider records.

6. Payment Provider Processing Times

Approved refunds may take time to appear depending on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, wallet, or regional payment method. Vecxo does not control external processing times after a refund is submitted.

7. Contact Process

To request a refund review, contact billing@vecxo.cc with your account email, order number, payment reference, payment date, amount, and reason for the request.
