These product terms apply to Vecxo Hire, including resume building, resume import, AI parsing, AI rewriting, ATS suggestions, cover letters, exports, credits, and download access.

1. Vecxo Hire Features

Resume creation and editing.
Resume import and parsing from supported files or text.
AI rewriting and wording improvement.
ATS-style suggestions and keyword guidance.
Cover letter generation.
PDF and DOCX export where available.
Credit-based generation, download, or premium access.

2. Resume Import and Parsing

Resume import and parsing may not read every document perfectly. Formatting, scanned files, unusual layouts, corrupted files, and unsupported content may cause missing or incorrect parsed data. Users must review parsed content before generating or exporting.

3. AI Rewriting and ATS Suggestions

AI rewriting and ATS suggestions are generated from user-provided information and target role context. They may contain mistakes or suggestions that do not fit every employer, market, or applicant tracking system.

4. Cover Letters and Exports

Cover letters, PDF exports, and DOCX exports are digital outputs. Users must review final wording, formatting, contact details, dates, and claims before submitting files to employers, recruiters, platforms, or third parties.

5. Credits and Download Access

Credits or paid access may be required for resume generation, cover letter generation, ATS suggestions, export, download access, or other premium actions. Credit rules may differ from other Vecxo products.

6. Truthful Resume Data

Users are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of all resume data, cover letter details, uploaded information, job history, education, credentials, certifications, dates, skills, achievements, and contact details.

7. No Job or Interview Guarantee

Vecxo Hire does not guarantee interviews, job offers, hiring outcomes, employer responses, salary increases, or application success.
